Senior UI/UX Designer

- Transform complex, compliance-driven requirements into intuitive, scalable design solutions within our broader platform - Manage the complete design process, from research and information architecture to wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final visual designs ready for production - Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, internal Subject Matter Experts, and fellow designers to create thoughtful, user-focused solutions - Communicate design choices clearly to stakeholders, leveraging customer insights, industry knowledge, and data to garner alignment and advocate for the user - Plan, conduct, and synthesize user research to understand industry-specific needs and continuously validate ideas through iterative testing - Explore innovative ideas and concepts early on, refining them to develop practical, high-impact solutions - Contribute to and utilize our global design system, ensuring new components and screens adhere to established visual, functional, and accessibility standards - Work with the design team to help shape our long-term platform vision, design systems, and operational practices - Mentor and guide other designers through feedback and coaching to elevate the quality and impact of the teams output - Promote strong design practices, accessibility, and inclusivity across the organization
