Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field required
- At least 7 years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, and analytics, and technologies such as Tableau required
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous
- Proficient in reporting and BI architecture using Tableau
- Skilled in writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures for reporting purposes
- Experience with healthcare data and collaborating with subject matter experts to establish healthcare analytics programs and solutions
- Proven track record in managing reporting and analytics technology resources to deliver enterprise-level business intelligence and reporting solutions
Responsibilities
- Oversee the design and framework of our enterprise-wide reporting and analytics architecture to facilitate informed decision-making across all business sectors
- Develop and implement the overall reporting architecture strategy and manage day-to-day report delivery
- Enhance our data and analytics platform to adapt to the dynamic and complex data demands of our business and products
- Create policies, standards, processes, and best practices related to reporting
- Lead the strategy, development, and execution of comprehensive reporting solutions to simplify information management and delivery
