Senior Systems Analyst - IT Solutions

- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems preferred - Over 6 years of experience in engineering and systems analysis - Proficient with tools and techniques for data presentation and analysis, including SQL, Access, Excel, relational databases, XML, JSON, XSD, Postman/Insomnia, and SQL developer - Strong affinity for data: sourcing, utilization, and interpretation - Understanding of technology and software architecture in applications - Self-motivated and team-oriented with ability to work independently with minimal oversight - Expertise in system analysis methodologies encompassing data analysis, use case development, story writing, testing, and product documentation - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey information clearly and effectively - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, adaptable to changes in the organization - Creative mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo and suggest improvements - Comfortable navigating uncertainty and exhibiting flexibility/adaptability - Growth-oriented with a commitment to continuous learning and development - Experience in an Agile environment preferred - Background in the financial services sector (particularly life insurance) is advantageous
