Requirements
Must:
- 6-9 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in Global Payroll integrations
- In-depth understanding of Employee Central data models, payroll replication, and integration best practices
- Proven track record of delivering integrations on schedule and meeting deadlines
- Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Deel, SD Worx, and Time Management systems (preferred)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
- Demonstrated capability to influence both internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Comfort operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, or overtime when necessary
- Flexibility to travel by air or road based on business demands
Responsibilities
- Take ownership and deliver integrations for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Global Payroll, Time Management, and various third-party systems
- Provide support for both standard (pre-packaged) and custom integration interfaces
- Manage the complete integration lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, vendor coordination, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to establish data requirements, timelines, service level agreements, and error-handling procedures
- Work alongside HR, IT, and SuccessFactors module leaders to ensure integration solutions align with business objectives
- Analyze business requirements to create scalable technical solutions
- Develop and maintain Functional Design Documents, integration specifications, flow diagrams, and error logs
- Perform data mapping, transformations, and validations effectively
- Lead and assist with unit, system, and end-to-end integration testing
- Diagnose integration challenges and spearhead resolution efforts
- Ensure integrations comply with security, compliance, and performance standards
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn additional SAP SuccessFactors modules and complete necessary training
Description
We are a client-driven organization seeking a Senior SuccessFactors Integration Analyst to manage end-to-end integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Global Payroll systems, and various third-party platforms. While we are open to remote work, our preferred location is Elanger, KY. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our global HR and payroll operations by ensuring accurate, secure, and timely data flow across systems.
