Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, HCI, Service Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional expertise
- Over 5 years of professional service design experience with a proven ability to work efficiently without compromising quality; portfolio exhibits both speed and craftsmanship
- Experience with international or multi-market design
- Proficiency in utilizing AI capabilities to address complex customer challenges across platforms and systems, driving process enhancements and tool improvements
- Comprehensive understanding of design system components; adept in providing guidance, applying editorial feedback, and ensuring contributions to the broader system
- Ability to contextualize work using market and industry insights across various regions; skilled in leveraging data and analytical tools to predict trends and outcomes, including conducting customer interviews and identifying data gaps
- Expertise in facilitating roadmapping and planning discussions; capable of making informed, timely decisions and articulating where design efforts yield maximum impact
- Proficient in accessing dashboards, defining success metrics, and utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data; effective in communicating insights to senior leadership
- Strong ability to harness industry knowledge and strategic insights; polished in presenting, leading meetings across different time zones, and managing stakeholder expectations
- Passion for coaching and mentoring; instrumental in enhancing the skills of team members in design and fostering knowledge-sharing initiatives
Responsibilities
- Oversee service blueprinting for the complete digital enrollment journey, from partner discovery through account creation to first transaction and early success verification; approach this work with a holistic platform perspective
- Identify and eliminate existing manual bottlenecks; provide data and expertise to resolve complex customer issues through innovative AI applications, ensuring that human expertise is engaged during critical moments (e.g., welcome calls, first-deal coaching, early risk identification)
