Senior SAP FICO Consultant

- Foster Finance Business Partnerships serving as the lead SAP FICO contact for FP&A, Accounts Payable, Treasury, Corporate/Statutory Accounting, and Internal & External Audit teams - Collaborate with finance leaders to comprehend airline-specific financial processes, challenges, and reporting requirements - Convert business needs into SAP functional designs, configurations, and enhancements while ensuring all relevant documentation meets audit standards - Offer SAP FICO functional expertise in Financial Accounting through configurations and support related to General Ledger and parallel ledgers for various accounting standards - Oversee the Chart of Accounts in alignment with airline cost and revenue structures, including Profit Center and Cost Center accounting - Assist with Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Internal Orders, and Asset Management to enable detailed tracking of airline-specific costs - Provide functional support to the FP&A Finance team for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis using BPC and third-party planning tools - Identify and deliver management reporting and financial analytics, offering reports on actual vs. budget vs. forecast and cost trends - Support the Accounts Payable team in streamlining processes to handle high volumes of vendor invoices and enhance payment efficiencies - Partner with the Treasury team to stabilize bank integrations, payment runs, and controls while providing standardized solutions for international payments and cash management reconciliations
