Requirements
Must:
- 3-6+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, ERP support, or related fields
- Proficiency in SAP supply chain modules (MM, PP, EWM/WM, APO) and participation in SAP S/4HANA implementation or support
- Advanced Excel skills along with experience in SQL, Python and/or R, and business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Strong analytical capability to manage large, diverse datasets for identifying trends, root causes, and actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills to present analytical results to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Preferred: Experience in supporting or performing S/4HANA brownfield conversions, APICS, SAP, or similar professional certifications, familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies
Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain data across various SAP modules such as MM, WM/EWM, PP, SD, and APO to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and areas for enhancement
- Utilize tools like SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx to transform data into insights that steer operational and strategic choices
- Configure, test (SIT/UAT), and support SAP supply chain solutions
- Assist in migrations to SAP S/4HANA and contribute to system enhancement projects
- Define, document, and maintain standards for master data, including material and vendor masters as well as BOMs
- Ensure data precision, consistency, and compliance across different systems
- Develop, track, and report on essential supply chain KPIs such as OTIF, inventory turns, and forecast accuracy
- Provide data-driven performance insights to leadership on time
- Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing forecasting accuracy, optimizing inventory, and improving transportation efficiency
- Identify risks and opportunities for cost reduction while enhancing overall supply chain performance
