Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in QA with a robust focus on automation for intricate web applications
- Proficient in Selenium and Python (Java is acceptable with a commitment to learning Python)
- Experience in API testing using tools like Postman
- Strong SQL expertise for backend and ETL verification
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or AWS tools), Linux/Unix, and AWS fundamentals
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum settings; background in the healthcare sector is preferable
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Detail-oriented, organized, and adept at working in dynamic environments
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Development and DevOps teams to evaluate requirements and establish test strategies
- Design, develop, and implement both automated and manual tests within a hybrid testing framework
- Create and uphold automated test scripts for web and API applications
- Supervise the defect lifecycle from discovery to resolution
- Generate and manage test data; assist with UAT testing requirements
- Provide testing estimates, status reports, and necessary documentation
- Engage in Agile ceremonies and project discussions
- Contribute to proofs of concept and initiatives for continuous enhancement
