Senior Project Manager, Cybersecurity

- Oversee large-scale, cross-functional programs to ensure they align with enterprise strategy and are successfully delivered - Implement business analysis, project management, and SDLC best practices throughout all project phases - Drive process re-engineering initiatives using methodologies like Kaizen and Rapid Improvement Events - Collaborate with BTO leadership to establish governance standards and advocate for project management best practices - Monitor and coordinate with relevant business functions including product, technology, sales, marketing, professional services, support, and operations - Foster strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness - Spearhead change management processes and foster cultural adoption within the organization - Manage project budgets, overseeing financial performance and executing corrective actions as necessary - Generate executive-level reports, metrics, and dashboards detailing milestones, risks, challenges, and financial status - Chair steering committee meetings and deliver presentations to senior management - Facilitate testing, customer User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validation activities across various workstreams
