Senior Product Owner - Agile & Scrum

- BA/BS in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - Technical undergraduate education paired with relevant experience in business/product management is acceptable. - Preferably holds an MBA or possesses equivalent work background. - Advocates for continuous education through workshops, courses, and seminars related to product management, technology, and leadership. - SCRUM Product Owner Certification is advantageous but not mandatory. - Other certifications like Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Project Management Professional (PMP), or marketing certifications are desirable. - Strong comprehension of product management principles and best practices, particularly in hospitality, eCommerce, and/or Information Technology. - Proven track record in managing web and mobile projects necessitating extensive collaboration with IT teams and backend data integrations. - Exceptional leadership qualities to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams and provide coaching to team members regardless of reporting lines. - Strategic mindset to articulate product vision, roadmap, and priorities. - Excellent relationship management skills to foster and sustain stakeholder relationships. - Strong analytical capabilities to analyze data and metrics for enhanced decision-making. - Knowledgeable about business dynamics, market trends, and competitive environments. - Proficient in technical concepts pertinent to the product area. - Skillful in project management to plan, monitor, and implement product initiatives. - Comprehensive understanding of product management principles guiding effective strategy and execution.
