Responsibilities

- Oversee the creation and execution of product concepts, designs, and enhancements for systems aimed at innovation and transformation in transportation processes - Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to formulate business cases, establish key performance indicators, and initiate features for assigned products - Develop and lead the TMS product strategy, including articulating the vision for projects, performing market analysis, planning, conceptualizing user cases, and conducting feasibility studies - Create business cases for TMS product proposals and manage the coordination of corresponding systems and solutions - Collect, organize, analyze, and document business requirements related to transportation processes and competitor products to gauge market demands and user challenges - Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, Logistics, Operations, Finance) to design, specify, document, and prioritize the TMS product vision, ensuring stakeholder alignment and support - Direct full-cycle TMS implementations, guaranteeing successful rollout and adoption of SAP TMS or Blue Yonder solutions - Handle product launch materials, including user documentation, training guides, and presentations - Evaluate and report on product performance and quality, continuously enhancing the transportation user experience - Provide market, industry, and competitive insights and analyses to influence product outcomes - Conduct site visits, attend trade shows, and participate in technical conferences to gather market insights and feedback
