Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in the insurance sector (expertise in ISO is essential)
- Excellent analytical and communication abilities, with a capability to work autonomously
- Knowledge of SERFF and familiarity with commercial line products is desirable
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and a willingness to engage in product development
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit regulatory filings to state insurance departments and address inquiries
- Evaluate ISO, NCCI, and AAIS circulars to identify product implications and suggest necessary actions
- Create rates, rules, and forms for the introduction and enhancement of new products
- Collaborate with integration teams to refresh policy management systems and ensure compliance
- Perform research and maintain coverage forms that reflect current industry trends
Description
We are seeking a Remote Senior Product Analyst to join our innovative team at Kforce, where you will help shape insurance products and ensure adherence to regulations. You will be involved in developing and submitting state filings, interpreting regulatory standards, and working alongside internal teams to introduce new offerings.
