Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in product, UX, or UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Proven experience in contributing to or working with enterprise-level design systems
- Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles
- Experience collaborating across technical and multi-product environments
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven products or workflows (preferred)
- Advanced skills in Figma, encompassing component libraries and design tokens
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and WCAG-compliant design
- Excellent communication abilities and capability to work autonomously within a defined scope
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks such as React is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality UI and UX solutions for intricate, enterprise-level workflows
- Contribute to and enhance an enterprise design system, including components, patterns, tokens, and documentation within project scope
- Ensure that designs are scalable, accessible, and uniform across various products and platforms
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to align design solutions with product and technical specifications
- Develop and prototype concepts from initial exploration to high-fidelity, implementation-ready designs
- Implement UX best practices for AI-driven features, automation, or data-informed experiences
- Engage in targeted research, usability testing, and iteration as needed
- Articulate design rationale clearly and document decisions for cross-functional alignment
- Expect significant travel, potentially multiple weeks each month; all travel-related expenses will be covered
