Requirements
Must:
- Senior-level, hands-on experience in configuring IBM OpenPages
- Strong understanding of OpenPages configuration concepts, including workflows, object models, security, questionnaires, and calculations
- Experience with Operational Risk Management and familiarity with RCM, MRG, or BCM modules
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of configuration delivery
- Proficient in documentation, analysis, and troubleshooting
- Experience with configuration migration and deployment activities (preferred)
- Familiarity with OpenPages implementation tools and utilities (preferred)
- Involvement in large, multi-module OpenPages implementations (preferred)
- OpenPages certification or formal training (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Translate solution decision documents into clear and actionable configuration tasks
- Convert solution designs into deployable configuration projects and artifacts
- Deliver solutions using the built-in capabilities of OpenPages, minimizing custom development unless expressly authorized
- Assist in the migration and promotion of configurations across various environments
- Develop and maintain configuration documentation and ensure decision traceability
- Work autonomously while collaborating effectively with solution leads, business analysts, and stakeholders
- Support testing phases and resolve any configuration-related issues
