Requirements
Must:
- We require an active Salesforce certification, such as Platform Developer, Architect, or an equivalent credential.
- We are seeking a candidate with 7+ years of technical leadership experience in software engineering.
- We require 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud development or configuration experience.
- We require 2+ years of Salesforce Experience Cloud experience.
- We need proven experience managing Salesforce CI/CD pipelines, with Copado and Git strongly preferred.
- We require a strong command of source-driven deployment practices, automated testing, and release governance.
- We need experience operating within large-scale, metadata-based Salesforce architectures.
- We require the ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and drive execution at the sprint level.
- We need experience with platform oversight, including API usage limits, code quality, and deployment reliability.
- We require excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
- We prefer experience working in regulated environments with security and compliance requirements.
- We require willingness to travel 10-20% for planning sessions and leadership meetings.

- A bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce AI or automation capabilities is a plus.
- Exposure to integration platforms such as MuleSoft and identity tools such as Okta is preferred.
- Experience driving data quality and governance initiatives within Salesforce is a plus.
- Background in financial services or another regulated industry is preferred.
Responsibilities
- We will rely on you to lead the delivery of a complex Salesforce ecosystem in a highly regulated enterprise setting.
- We expect you to own the Salesforce product roadmap and drive execution of priority initiatives.
- You will provide hands-on leadership while guiding developers, administrators, release engineers, and architects.
- You will improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines to strengthen deployment speed and quality.
- You will oversee release management practices to ensure stable and controlled deployments.
- You will deliver roadmap work across Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- You will partner with architecture, integration, and identity teams on enterprise-wide programs, including legacy platform replacement.
- You will help maintain platform performance, stability, and compliance across the Salesforce environment.
- You will contribute to incident response and operational issue resolution when needed.
- You will support team growth through coaching, development, and leadership.
- You will assist with budget planning and resource-related decision-making.
- You will drive continuous improvement across the full Salesforce delivery lifecycle.
- You will bridge technical engineering priorities with business stakeholder expectations.
