Requirements
Must:

- Strong expertise in full stack development, covering both backend and frontend
- Backend focus (50-70%): Proficient in Java and Spring Boot
- Frontend focus (30-40%): Experienced with Angular and/or React
- Background in managing enterprise-level legacy systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Capability to work independently while providing technical leadership
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain a critically important legacy on-premise application undergoing modernization
- Serve as a technical lead, offering direction on design choices and modernization strategies
- Engage in hands-on development of Java/Spring Boot backend services and Angular/React frontend components
- Diagnose complex technical issues and offer support for production systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on enhancements and long-range modernization projects
- Participate in planning for the applications evolution towards a cloud-native architecture
