Requirements
Must:
- Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Financials, particularly in system configuration
- Background in supporting or implementing financial systems
- Preferably experienced on the Systems Integrator (SI) side
- Strong understanding of end-user needs regarding financial systems and business operations
- Capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain enterprise systems that manage financial data
- Act as a key contributor to the Order to Cash (OTC) initiative
- Configure, optimize, and support Oracle Financials
- Collaborate closely with Finance and IT partners on daily operations and system improvements
- Troubleshoot system problems, assist with implementations, and ensure data accuracy, stability, and integrity
- Work within a small, high-impact team environment consisting of two members
Description
We are a well-established organization located in the Phoenix area, currently seeking a Senior IT Financial Systems Analyst with robust Oracle Financials expertise. This hybrid remote position allows flexibility with four days onsite and one day working remotely. Our team is involved in a high-impact Order to Cash (OTC) initiative and requires additional support for project demands and daily operations.
