Senior IT Support Engineer - Microsoft & Networking

- Serve as a senior escalation point for IT support, collaborating closely with IT and Security teams while maintaining technical documentation and striving for continuous improvement in systems, processes, and overall security - Oversee, deploy, set up, and assist Windows-based endpoints (Windows 10/11) in an enterprise environment - Administer device management solutions utilizing Microsoft Intune, including policy implementation, updates, and compliance oversight - Design, manage, and support Microsoft Azure services with a focus on identity management, endpoint security, and overall security - Oversee Local Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD / Entra ID) operations, including synchronization, access controls, and lifecycle management - Engage in and contribute to IT information security initiatives, emphasizing endpoint security, identity safeguarding, and access management - Provide support and maintain Portnox - Configure and manage Azure security and compliance features, such as Conditional Access, Defender, security baselines, and compliance policies - Execute basic network troubleshooting and support tasks, including LAN/WAN connectivity, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and network access issues - Act as a senior escalation point for end-user IT support, delivering hands-on troubleshooting and effective problem resolution - Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Security, Infrastructure) to enhance systems and processes while bolstering security posture - Formulate and uphold technical documentation, processes, and best practices.
