Requirements
Must:
- Over 7 years of IT Project or Program Management experience in complex enterprise settings.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with SAP Basis, ABAP/Development, Fiori development, and functional teams.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Experience working with offshore teams and global delivery frameworks.
- Familiarity with hybrid project execution methods (waterfall/agile) and capability to coordinate with IT scrum masters (preferred).
- Project experience in S/4HANA (required).
- Background in SAP upgrades and/or migration (preferred).
- Experience with system integration involving non-SAP technologies (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning and management, including timelines, budgets, RAID logs, and status updates.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration among technical teams.
- Coordinate activities with both onshore and offshore technical teams, particularly with the Global Technology Center in India.
- Work closely with project sponsors and leadership for managing scope, project decisions, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate workshops to define scope and requirements with business and technical teams.
- Host technical discussions and solution evaluations with SAP functional and technical teams.
- Present project updates, risks, and decisions to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Create and manage detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) to ensure clarity on dependencies and deliverables.
- Supervise integration within the project and recognize inter-project dependencies.
- Assist in planning and executing cutovers, including testing cycles and readiness efforts, along with drafting comprehensive cutover and backout plans.
- Ensure compliance with project governance, documentation, and EPMO standards.
