Requirements
Must:
- Extensive, hands-on experience in Golang development (non-negotiable)
- Background in senior-level backend engineering
- Proven track record in building and maintaining backend services or microservices

- Support continuous platform improvements and new feature rollouts
- Collaborate with internal development teams transitioning to the platform
- Prioritize reliability, scalability, and stability as platform usage increases
- Utilize modern tools and AI-driven development methodologies to enhance productivity and code quality
