Responsibilities
- Manage and support a large-scale Windows endpoint environment (Windows 10/11)
- Lead the management of the endpoint lifecycle, including imaging, provisioning, and deployment
- Administer and enhance SCCM and Intune in a co-managed setting
- Spearhead migration from SCCM to Intune, including policy and application transitions
- Design and implement Group Policy (GPO) and modern device management strategies
- Facilitate software deployment and patch management
- Assist in transitioning from on-prem to cloud solutions related to endpoint management
- Participate in server upgrades, system implementations, and data migrations
- Troubleshoot endpoint and infrastructure issues, providing remote support with occasional on-site assistance as required
- Contribute to the design and architecture of endpoint technologies
Description
We are seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineer to support and enhance a large-scale enterprise Windows environment located in Jacksonville, FL. This role is perfect for individuals with both practical technical skills and strategic insight, particularly in designing, building, and optimizing endpoint management solutions in complex settings. You will have an essential role in managing and evolving our modern endpoint ecosystem, including the transition from SCCM to Intune while overseeing over 16,000 devices.
