Requirements
Must:
- B.S. degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
- Over 9 years of experience in the design and delivery of data lakes, data warehouses, and reporting platforms
- Comprehensive database expertise, along with proven experience in data analysis and familiarity with various databases
- Advanced analytical skills for working with unstructured datasets
- Extensive background in manipulating, processing, and deriving insights from large datasets
- Proficient in SQL, Python, and Airflow
- Significant experience with data warehouse solutions; Snowflake is preferred
- Familiarity with cloud technologies; AWS is preferred
- Strong grasp of computer science principles, data structures, and algorithms to align with modern data engineering methodologies
- Proficient in DevSecOps standards and tools, such as Jenkins Core and GitHub
- Experience in delivering Data as a Service (DaaS)
Responsibilities
- Ensure the consistent delivery of functional software across sprints and releases
- Uphold excellence in software development practices and protocols
- Participate in application-level architecture, driving the solution direction
- Develop innovative and creative technical solutions for ongoing development initiatives
- Ensure QA readiness for the software work undertaken by you and your squad (including end-to-end tests, unit tests, automation)
- Support the implementation of various initiatives
- Lead complex assignments and manage multiple phases of projects
- Oversee the development and enhancement of technical policies and procedures
