Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering
- Practical knowledge of Apache Spark (PySpark or Scala)
- Proven track record in creating large-scale data pipelines within distributed systems
- Experience working with time series data, logs, or high-traffic event data
- Exceptional proficiency in Python
- Strong skills in debugging and optimizing performance
Nice to Have:
- Experience with machine learning or large-scale model training processes
- Familiarity with streaming technologies (Kafka, Spark Streaming)
- Experience with cloud-native solutions or Kubernetes environments
- Understanding of sequence modeling or time series data systems
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance distributed data pipelines for extensive time series and log datasets
- Create dependable, high-efficiency Spark/Python workflows for datasets used in model training
- Identify and resolve performance issues, including latency, memory usage, skew, and throughput
- Elevate data quality, validation, and reproducibility for machine learning tasks
- Collaborate with ML engineers and researchers to expedite foundation model advancements
- Monitor and fine-tune application and transaction performance in live systems

We are engaged in building next-generation foundational models for machine-generated data, including time series, logs, and large-scale event streams.
