Requirements
Must:
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, enabling the creation of executive-level narratives and visuals
- Advanced skills in Excel, including complex formulas, data structuring, and analytical modeling
- Strong analytical reasoning ability, especially in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
- Background in consulting, strategy, finance, transformation, or similar advisory capacities
- Proven track record of transforming data into clear, actionable outputs for senior audiences
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Solid understanding of data validation, quality assurance processes, and controls
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to tasks
- Proficient at managing multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities effectively
Nice to Have:
- Experience in healthcare, supply chain, or group purchasing organizations (GPO)
- Familiarity with M&A integrations or complex, multi-entity projects
Responsibilities
- Provide swift and structured analytical assistance in response to requests from leadership and the Steering Committee (SteerCo)
- Summarize intricate analyses into clear, concise, executive-level narratives and recommendations
- Create high-quality presentation materials, summaries, and exhibits for SteerCo and senior leadership updates
- Contribute to crafting integration playbooks, FAQs, and standardized tools and templates
- Design and facilitate repeatable analytics and reporting processes across RHOs
- Standardize assumptions, methodologies, and templates, ensuring consistency and comparability across analyses
- Identify inefficiencies in processes and suggest improvements for workflows and reporting
- Conduct ongoing checks and validations of data quality to maintain accuracy and usability of datasets
