Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience; Masters degree is preferred
- Knowledge of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
- In-depth understanding of architecture designs and the automation and support of cloud infrastructure
- Strong foundation in client-server technology and multi-cloud solutions
- Proficiency in scripting or development using common coding frameworks
- Ability to think strategically with a vision for future trends
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills with expertise in root cause analysis
- AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform Solutions Architect - Associate certification preferred
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) is preferred
- Terraform Associate Certification is preferred
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) is preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI certification is preferred
Responsibilities
- Serve as an advanced technical resource for the Cloud Services environment, overseeing daily activities, governance, and cost management of cloud platforms
- Develop and maintain operational tools that support the functionality of cloud platforms, including patching, migration, and infrastructure as code provisioning
- Identify and implement cost optimization strategies related to rightsizing, uptime scheduling, and environment maintenance
- Manage the daily operations of the cloud environment
- Lead collaboration with application development teams on cloud solutions projects, executing infrastructure pipelines while implementing best practices
- Ensure seamless integration of cloud resources with existing systems
- Utilize automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) to enhance deployment processes and operational efficiency
- Provide cost estimates for project planning regarding labor, hardware, software, and other resources
- Facilitate proper transition to the support team after project acceptance

Your contributions will focus on delivering secure, high-performance, and scalable cloud-native solutions.
