Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Technology, Mathematics, Business, or a comparable field
- Over 6 years of relevant experience in CRM or marketing technology platforms
- Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including marketing automation and journey orchestration
- Proficient in HTML and CSS
- Knowledgeable in SQL and AMPscript
- Thorough understanding of CRM data models, integrations, and enterprise data flows
- Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools to assess and enhance campaign performance
- Established ability to thrive in enterprise-scale marketing settings
- Capacity to handle multiple priorities and projects concurrently
- Strong analytical perspective with a focus on enhancing customer engagement through data-driven marketing
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and associated CRM marketing technologies
- Assist with the implementation, setup, monitoring, and enhancement of CRM marketing platforms
- Consolidate data from various internal and external sources to create unified, actionable customer profiles
- Design, oversee, and refine audience segmentation strategies for targeted and personalized campaigns
- Create and sustain marketing automation workflows to facilitate execution and boost efficiency
