- Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline - 5 to 7 years of experience in business analysis, process transformation, or digital operations, preferably in large-scale AI-enabled settings - Knowledge or experience in legal, content, or operational sectors, applying analytical skills within regulated or process-oriented industries - Proven track record in redesigning processes to facilitate agentic and AI-driven automation - Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end process mapping and workflow enhancement initiatives - Ability to rethink workflows, challenge conventional methods, and apply AI literacy to align business requirements with intelligent solutions - Experience utilizing AI or automation tools such as low-code platforms, RPA, process mining, or similar technologies - Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with a knack for measuring and communicating performance enhancements - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, fostering strong relationships - Proven capability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable insights - Experience in supporting AI integration and change management in diverse, cross-functional organizations - Understanding of ethical and responsible AI application, focusing on fairness, transparency, and human oversight - Proven ability to utilize AI tools in daily tasks, effectively craft prompts, and engage AI as a collaborative partner in problem-solving and workflow design
