Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent foreign degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Business, or Engineering
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role or in the IT or Business Analysis domain
- Proficient in Python, Figma, Asana, Miro, Confluence, and Qualtrics
- Willingness to travel up to 100% to various unanticipated client sites within the US
Responsibilities
- Analyze and coordinate business functions and operational resources for IT projects
- Gather requirements through interviews, document analysis, workshops, and business process descriptions
- Define Use Cases to represent new functional software needs
- Produce necessary project documentation and artifacts
- Monitor and develop detailed project plans
- Create requirement traceability matrices to align with business objectives
- Develop Epic, Story Tasks, and User Stories
- Document and streamline business processes and workflows
- Create and execute unit test cases and test plans
- Develop test scripts and scenarios to ensure applications meet business goals
- Facilitate issue reviews and follow up on assigned actions
- Analyze test and performance results for effective outcomes
- Provide analysis and reporting on pre and post-implementation data
- Document processes and procedures for end users
- Analyze risks and highlight areas for improvement
- Generate reports for management regarding project status and outcomes

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $55.00 to $90.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
