Requirements
Must:
- Over 7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
- Proficient in Power BI, DAX, M, SQL, and principles of data visualization
- Strong background in Azure Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Copilot, and associated technologies
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing scalable data models for enterprise reporting
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, adept at managing extensive and complex datasets
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of conveying data-driven insights to stakeholders
- Experience overseeing Power BI implementations, workspaces, and user permissions
- High level of attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and competence in managing multiple projects
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute BI solutions to align with business goals and enhance decision-making processes
- Design, build, and maintain enterprise-level dashboards and reports utilizing Power BI
- Utilize Azure Fabric and Copilot for data integration, transformation, and advanced analytical processes
- Establish and uphold data governance protocols to guarantee data integrity, accuracy, and security
- Construct and optimize data models to support scalable and efficient reporting
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from diverse sources into an Azure-based Data Warehouse
- Ensure smooth integration of data pipelines and workflows throughout business operations
- Track BI dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to continually enhance business insights
- Deploy, provision, and oversee Power BI workspaces and related deliverables
