Requirements
Must:
- 8-10 years of hands-on experience as an RSA Archer Developer or Technical Consultant
- In-depth understanding of Archer architecture, data model, and core configurations
- Experience with custom objects, REST APIs, and system integrations
- Practical experience with Archer Next Gen UI
- Support for various use cases (RCSA, Issues, Risk Register, Compliance, Audit)
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance-tuning abilities
- Capacity to work independently and juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience integrating Archer with platforms like Snowflake or ServiceNow (preferred)
- Familiarity with GRC processes, upgrades, data migrations, and regulated environments
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and manage RSA Archer applications
- Conduct end-to-end Archer configuration
- Develop and maintain custom objects and complex data models
- Build and sustain API-based integrations with internal and external systems
- Collaborate extensively with Archer Next Gen UI to enhance usability and performance
- Support upgrades, enhancements, and overall platform optimization
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Development, Quality Assurance, and Production environments
- Work alongside risk, audit, compliance, and IT teams to convert requirements into effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with Archer best practices, security measures, and performance benchmarks
- Provide documentation, technical advice, and facilitate knowledge transfer
