Requirements
Must:
- 6+ years of professional experience in systems administration or application support, primarily focused on Microsoft 365
- Strong expertise in Exchange Online (mail flow, mailbox administration, distribution lists, hybrid knowledge is a plus)
- Proficient in SharePoint Online (permissions, site management, content troubleshooting, governance)
- Skilled in Microsoft Teams (policies, access management, troubleshooting, integration with SharePoint/Exchange)
- Proven ability to resolve complex, multi-layered issues with minimal supervision
- Proficient in using Microsoft Admin Centers and PowerShell for administration and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills
- Relevant Microsoft certifications preferred, including MS 700, MS 203, and MS 740
- Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for reporting and automation tasks
- Experience in large-scale enterprise environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft Purview and compliance tools
- Understanding of ITIL framework (certification is a plus)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and a proactive ownership mindset.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve technical support tickets related to Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams with minimal escalation
- Troubleshoot complex user issues in areas including:
- Advanced mail flow investigations and mailbox migrations (Exchange)
- SharePoint site structure, workflow issues, and content management
- Teams policy conflicts and integration issues with SharePoint/Exchange
- Communicate clearly and professionally with end users about ticket progress and resolutions
- Perform advanced administration tasks across the M365 environment, including:
- Exchange mailbox policies and monitoring
- SharePoint site collections and lifecycle management
- Teams policies and compliance configurations
- Monitor the health and performance of M365 workloads
- Assist with wide tenant configuration updates and optimization initiatives.

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Application & Systems Administrator based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. This position demands over six years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 platforms, chiefly Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
