Senior Analyst - Data & Insights

- Conduct prompt reviews of payroll reports, ensuring data input and auditing of payroll information meets SOX and Internal Auditor standards - Review and manage necessary adjustments to Federal and State quarterly tax returns - Collaborate directly with Federal, State, and Local Agencies to address Tax Notices and resolve Unemployment issues; assist employees with Unemployment concerns; ensure SUI tax rates are updated in Workday - Produce timely and precise quarterly amendments - Perform weekly and quarterly audits on location/relocation data; work with field teams to identify and rectify employee setup errors and accurate pay records; report correct wage and tax data - Prepare payroll reports as requested using database reporting tools, v-lookups, pivot tables, and relevant formulas - Ensure compliance with ADP tax filings, the W2 process, and any necessary wage or tax corrections for associates and agencies - Assist with inquiries from Corporate Tax and Finance departments - Guarantee timely and accurate management of manual taxes - Execute daily stock file processing and initiate wire transfers as needed for prompt tax payments - Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to calls and requests from Internal Audit and other business teams - Conduct research and provide timely responses to employee and internal payroll tax inquiries - Propose enhancements for process improvements and operational efficiencies - Support the payroll team with matters related to 3rd Party Sick, overpayments, and deceased associates - Manage the submission of monthly, quarterly, and yearly tax files to ADP
