Requirements

Must:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, delivering scalable and high-performance backend systems - Proficient in software development using Java 11+ and frameworks including Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and RESTful APIs - Solid backend development skills in areas like microservices architecture, event-driven systems, messaging technologies (Kafka/SQS), caching solutions (Redis), and data modeling for SQL/NoSQL databases - Familiar with AWS tools such as SQS, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, S3, Kinesis, and CloudFormation, among other cloud-native services - Demonstrated ability to design, create, and document customer-facing RESTful APIs with a focus on security, performance, and scalability best practices - Understanding of container technologies, particularly Docker and Kubernetes - Experience in establishing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automation in application deployment to production - Knowledgeable in relational and NoSQL database management systems - Familiarity with testing frameworks like Junit, Mockito, and Spring Test - Skilled in Agile methodologies, including Kanban and SCRUM - Strong team collaboration skills to engage with various teams on a global scale - Enthusiastic about technology and adept at navigating complex, fast-evolving environments while remaining informed about industry trends and sharing insights - Effective communication skills to engage in and influence significant discussions regarding project direction and technology choices
