Requirements
Must:
- CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or an equivalent agile certification is essential
- Over 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, demonstrating a solid track record with large-scale projects
- Advanced skills in Jira administration, including customization and project management aspects
- Technical expertise with hands-on experience in databases such as SQL and Oracle
- Familiarity with programming languages like Java, Python, C#, or similar
- Strong knowledge of commercial software platforms like SAP and Salesforce
- Comprehensive understanding of agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
- Experience with the enterprise software development lifecycle and DevOps practices
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities
Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, guiding teams in applying agile methodologies and practices
- Manage intricate project workflows and supervise sprint planning sessions using Jira as the primary tool
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement large-scale enterprise solutions
- Identify and eliminate barriers to sustain productivity across multiple workstreams
- Mentor teams on adopting agile best practices and cultivate a culture of continual improvement
- Monitor and report on key metrics using Jira dashboards and other project management tools
- Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment on delivery timelines and expectations
