Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field with over 6 years of experience in CRM development
- Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field with at least 4 years of CRM development experience
- Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or certified Salesforce Developer; AWS certification is preferred
- Proven experience with the Force.com development platform
- Proven track record in developing Lightning Apps utilizing Lightning Design System, Lightning App Builder, and Lightning Web Component features
- Proficient in Salesforce APIs, Apex Triggers, Classes, Callouts, SOQL, Workflow Rules, Approvals, Visual Flow, Process Builder, and Platform events
- Demonstrated understanding of the complete Software Development Life Cycle, DevOps practices, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Development
- Experience in application build and deployment utilizing Continuous Integration/Deployment (CI/CD) tools - Jenkins and Salesforce DX
- Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce.com administration and end-user security requirements
- Familiarity with large-scale system implementation, integration, interfaces, and data migration
- Strong comprehension of Salesforce design principles, sustainable data modeling, Governor limits, and Force.com development best practices
- Experienced with standard Salesforce.com functions/modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud
- Knowledgeable in RESTful API and microservices development alongside Salesforce API integration
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement solutions using the Salesforce platform
- Design and build Lightning applications and components
- Create and manage Salesforce APIs and perform necessary callouts
- Maintain and optimize Salesforce platforms, workflows, and data processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle and DevOps practices
- Deploy applications using CI/CD methodologies
- Ensure that Salesforce administration and security standards are upheld
- Manage large-scale project implementations and data migrations
