Requirements
Must:
- Experience with Salesforce security tools and metadata analysis
- Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and OWD settings
- Familiarity with security frameworks and the principles of least-privilege access
- Strong analytical abilities for deconstructing complex permission structures
- Proficient in SQL and best practices for Salesforce configuration
Responsibilities
- Design and implement role-based access control (RBAC) models, involving profiles, permission sets, role hierarchies, and sharing rules
- Reverse engineer and document existing Salesforce security configurations to establish baseline controls and identify gaps
- Analyze and refine security settings to ensure alignment with organizational policies and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to convert access needs into technical security controls
- Conduct security audits and assessments of user permissions, field-level security, and object-level access
- Develop and maintain security documentation, such as access control matrices and configuration guides
- Assist in incident response activities related to unauthorized access or permission escalation issues
