Requirements
Must:
- Salesforce certification
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including architecture and administration
- Led or co-led a greenfield or significant Salesforce implementation
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud (mandatory)
- Familiarity with Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud
- Demonstrated experience managing System Integrators or consulting partners
- Proficient in Flows, security model, data model, reporting, and automation
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable interacting with executive stakeholders
Strongly Preferred Skills:
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or field service
- Familiarity with NetSuite, Dynamics GP, or similar ERP systems
- Experience with iPaaS tools such as Workato or SmartConnect
- Knowledge of data governance, reporting, and sales enablement
- Experience in the Food and Beverage industry
- Exposure to CPQ, Field Service, or analytics tools
Responsibilities

- Lead key initiatives and contribute to overall Salesforce strategy
