Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in marketing analytics or marketing data engineering, including more than 3 years focused on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (formerly Datorama)
- Proven track record in configuring MCI datasets, calculated fields, data streams, harmonization, and enterprise-level dashboard design
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling, with a solid understanding of ETL principles and API integrations
- Demonstrated capability to analyze, profile, and resolve issues with large, complex datasets, ensuring data quality
- Business knowledge across performance marketing, lifecycle/CRM, and essential measurement concepts (KPI design, attribution)
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey technical details into clear and actionable insights
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Marketing Cloud Intelligence workspaces, data models, and calculated dimensions and measures
- Create advanced dashboards, widgets, and visualizations customized for executives, marketing teams, and channel managers
- Ingest, normalize, and harmonize extensive multi-source datasets (media, CRM, web, email/SMS, call center, cost, revenue)
- Develop robust data pipelines utilizing API connectors, custom connectors, and ETL logic to ensure scalability and dependability
- Define and implement data governance, naming conventions, and version control across datasets and dashboards
- Establish KPI frameworks and attribution models; convert business questions into technical metrics and logical structures
- Enhance performance for high-volume datasets through techniques like partitioning, caching, and query optimization
- Implement QA processes to ensure data accuracy, manage schema changes, oversee release management, and conduct regression testing

While experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous, it is not a requirement.
