Salesforce CRM Architect (Part time)

- Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions including Sales, Service, and Health Cloud, aligned with client needs and industry standards - Transform intricate business processes into scalable and maintainable technical frameworks - Establish data models, security frameworks, integration strategies, and governance protocols - Collaborate across multiple clients, each bringing unique needs, organizational setups, and technical ecosystems - Lead discovery sessions, solution workshops, and technical design evaluations with client stakeholders - Act as a trusted consultant on Salesforce functionalities, platform trajectories, and suggested methodologies - Spearhead the technical design for new Salesforce CRM implementations and significant enhancements, often for clients using Salesforce for the first time - Direct configuration, customization, development, and integration efforts - Provide architectural guidance to project teams and uphold adherence to best practices - Architect integrations between Salesforce and external platforms utilizing APIs and middleware solutions - Develop and monitor data migration strategies, incorporating mapping, cleansing, and validation processes - Ensure compliance with healthcare data and security regulations when deploying Health Cloud - Assure that solutions are resilient, secure, high-performing, and conforming to platform best practices - Conduct code assessments, generate documentation, and create standards for consistency and reusability - Stay informed about Salesforce updates and suggest enhancements to clients
