Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration with external systems
- Strong business analysis capabilities, particularly in Agile environments

Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and document business and functional requirements via interviews, workshops, and JAD sessions
- Define the systems scope, objectives, and solutions in alignment with business, technical, and industry requirements
- Enhance user interfaces, business processes, and the quality/reporting of data
- Tailor and configure Salesforce solutions to meet business and client specifications
- Conduct data analysis, generate SQL scripts, and produce new or refined reports
- Address ad-hoc data requests and guide users on available data feeds and reporting options
- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful project delivery
- Assist with product launches, IT lifecycle processes, and ongoing improvement initiatives
