Requirements
Must:
- 4-6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce configuration, reporting, and user management
- Proven experience assisting business users in an operational or professional services setting
- Ability to implement a defined plan and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Capacity to work autonomously in a remote environment
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with ERP, accounting, or time-tracking systems
- Experience in driving process improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of defining or monitoring business metrics
- Background in collaborating with external developers or vendors
Responsibilities
- Oversee Salesforce configuration, user management, workflows, and reporting
- Enhance user adoption, usability, and the quality of data
- Assist in lead management, dashboard creation, and basic automation
- Act as the primary internal contact for Salesforce support and enhancements
- Evaluate current workflows across the CRM and connected systems
- Help formulate a structured improvement plan with defined priorities and metrics
- Execute approved system and process enhancements
- Coordinate with external vendors or consultants for advanced development or integrations
- Establish and monitor business metrics related to system and process improvements
- Provide updates on progress and outcomes
- Promote sustainable, incremental improvements aligned with business goals
