Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 5-10 years of relevant professional experience
- Extensive hands-on expertise with SailPoint IdentityIQ administration and architecture
- Familiarity with Active Directory, role-based access control, and group management
- Demonstrated experience in developing SailPoint rules, workflows, and integrations
- Background in supporting enterprise-level identity platforms and access governance
- Experience with Windows server administration and patch management
- Solid understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM/IDAM) principles
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to independently manage tasks while collaborating with technical and business teams
- Relevant certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical owner for the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform
- Oversee administration and support of SailPoint IdentityIQ, ensuring daily operational activities are managed
- Conduct regular processing checks, system health assessments, and troubleshoot errors
- Manage cleanup of errors and resolve SailPoint-related issues across various environments
- Generate SailPoint reports, including daily, monthly, operational, and compliance reports
- Implement SailPoint patches and assist with platform upgrades and maintenance tasks
- Design and sustain SailPoint and IDAM solution architectures that comply with enterprise security and governance standards
- Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership on identity-related initiatives
- Set and uphold architecture standards, principles, and best practices within the IDAM area
- Engage in solution design reviews and key architectural decision-making
- Create and present architectural recommendations to both business and technology stakeholders
- Develop and implement enhancements and new features for SailPoint systems
- Configure and optimize SailPoint rules, workflows, connectors, and integrations
- Facilitate new SailPoint integrations with internal and external systems
- Contribute to the analysis, design, and implementation of future IDAM projects
- Support efforts in IDAM platform modernization, consolidation, and optimization
