SDET - API and SQL

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline - 6-9 years of experience primarily focused on software testing and Quality Engineering - Over 5 years of experience in automation scripting (beyond basic recording) - At least 4 years of proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming languages such as Java or Python - Extensive knowledge in Functional testing, regression testing, and End-to-End testing - Practical experience in Software Development in Test, covering relevant methodologies - Strong understanding of BDD, CI/CD, and DevOps principles is essential - Ability to leverage analytical, problem-solving, and quality assurance skills to validate software quality - Capable of effective communication with stakeholders and updating QA delivery status - Leading the team in establishing a comprehensive end-to-end test strategy - Bringing expertise in cloud testing practices - Driving automation coverage improvements for specific systems - Quick learner who adapts rapidly to a dynamic environment - Skilled in navigating organizational structures to achieve tasks - Competent in handling multiple projects concurrently - Excellent written and verbal communication as well as presentation skills - Strong organizational abilities including time, project, and process management - Proven analytical skills, negotiation tactics, and consensus-building capabilities - Ability to collaborate successfully with business clients and project team members - Proficient interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship management and facilitation
