Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in project management, specifically with 3 years focusing on SAP projects
- Proven track record of developing and implementing an SAP roadmap
- Hands-on experience in managing SAP S/4HANA implementations, skilled in assessing readiness, sequencing, and risks without solely depending on vendors
- Expertise in SAP delivery sequencing and dependency management
- Strong ability to lead multifaceted, multi-workstream projects
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or regulated sectors
- Familiarity with Arena PLM, Onshape, and Prostep is a plus
- SAP Activate certification, PMP, or PMI-ACP would be advantageous
- Preferred: Hybrid role requiring onsite presence in the office 1-2 days/week in Broomfield, CO or Brooklyn Park, MN
Responsibilities
- Guide the development, prioritization, and implementation of the SAP roadmap to align with business objectives and capacity
- Oversee the complete SAP delivery process, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and stabilization
- Ensure proper sequencing of deliverables, confirming foundational SAP configurations and data readiness precede dependent workflows
- Coordinate across diverse teams in IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and with external vendors
- Convert business requirements into functional and technical SAP specifications, ensuring solution integrity
- Serve as the integration program lead across SAP and other platforms such as Arena and Prostep
- Identify risks, manage scope changes, and ensure adherence to PMO governance standards
- Supervise vendor performance, testing, UAT, cutover, training, and readiness for go-live
- Facilitate SAP Steering Committee meetings, providing clear executive reporting and visual dashboards
- Promote decision clarity and minimize rework through organized communication and documentation
