Requirements
Must:
- 5-10 years of consulting experience, preferably with a Big 4 firm or equivalent
- Proven skills in program leadership, specifically in:
- Global SAP Transformations
- Business transformation design
- Program and project governance
- Comprehensive project management, including budget oversight
- Project initiation and mobilization
- Cutover planning and implementation
- Strong understanding of:
- SDLC and business transformation lifecycles
- SAFe, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
- Program and project management tools, with adaptability to new technologies
- Familiarity with:
- Supply chain operations
- Principles of organizational change management
- Enterprise data management
- Experience in developing and managing essential artifacts, including:
- Integrated project plans and sub-plans across various tools
- Resource models incorporating multiple tools
- Operational and management KPIs
- Strongly preferred experience in Life Sciences industry operations and regulations
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and implementation of the entire PMO framework, including governance, meeting schedules, risk and issue management, project controls, and sustaining momentum for all project events
- Manage project escalations, devise mitigation strategies, and ensure effective execution of those strategies
- Organize and lead all crucial program and team meetings
- Keep up the integrated master project plan along with all supporting documents
- Cultivate relationships with executives and senior stakeholders across the client organization
- Ensure alignment with governance and adherence to the outlined strategy or delivery plan
- Provide clear, accurate, and timely updates to leadership
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, with suggested mitigations

You will lead communications, oversee project governance, and drive execution across various program workstreams to guarantee successful outcomes.
