Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree
- Active SAP certifications
- Over 3 years of experience in supporting, administering, and implementing SAP S/4HANA
- Proficiency in FICO, MM, Security Architecture, and Manufacturing
- Familiarity with AP Automation, CPGRC, and Glasswing
- Excellent communication abilities and a strong sense of ownership
- Visa sponsorship is unavailable for this position
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing SAP support, maintenance, and incident resolution through the help desk, including user and role management
- Oversee SAP configuration changes, ticketing, testing, and deployments across various environments
- Execute SAP enhancement and expansion initiatives, working both independently and as part of PMO-led projects
- Assist with SAP activations, upgrades, implementations, and integrations
- Collaborate with internal IT teams, SAP service providers, and business stakeholders on cross-functional solutions
- Ensure adherence to audited change control procedures
- Maintain and apply patches to SAP application servers for optimal performance
- Develop and test backup and disaster recovery strategies
- Create and update system, support, and training documentation
