SAP O2C Consultant

- Develop and implement detailed test plans and scripts for SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and associated OTC processes, such as Sales Orders, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, and Financial Integration - Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to guarantee comprehensive testing of integrations with tax systems (e.g., Vertex) and external logistics or document management platforms - Identify, document, and monitor issues, ensuring quick resolution and subsequent retesting - Conduct regression testing to verify system integrity following updates or modifications - Validate complete OTC process flows, covering delivery, shipment, and invoicing scenarios - Design and facilitate training programs for end-users on SAP OTC processes, including Sales Order Management, Billing, and Credit Management - Create training materials, user manuals, and documentation to enhance understanding of SAP systems and best practices - Organize workshops and interactive training sessions to boost user expertise in OTC functionalities - Provide continuous support and training to users, resolving inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to SAP OTC modules - Generate comprehensive documentation for SAP OTC configurations, detailing process flows, system settings, and integration points - Maintain current documentation for SAP S/4HANA implementations and support mechanisms - Document business process architectures and workflows, ensuring compliance with SAP best practices and company needs - Create and maintain documentation for testing methodologies, test scripts, and issue resolution processes - Ensure smooth integration with other SAP domains (FI, MM, PP) and SAP Master Data across functions
