Responsibilities
- Oversee the support process and guarantee that support requests are processed according to established guidelines
- Utilize service assurance software and tools to diagnose issues, compile performance metrics, and generate reports, collaborating with users and other staff as necessary
- Identify and troubleshoot problems according to agreed-upon procedures
- Execute designated maintenance tasks
- Employ knowledge articles for incident diagnosis and resolution while assisting in updates as required
- Conduct defined activities to monitor service delivery aligned with service level agreements and maintain accurate records
- Regularly analyze service records against established service levels to pinpoint necessary actions for maintaining or enhancing service quality and take initiative or report these actions
- Prioritize and diagnose incidents in accordance with established procedures
- Investigate root causes of incidents and pursue resolutions
- Escalate unresolved incidents and ensure follow-up until resolution is achieved
- Facilitate service recovery after incidents are resolved

We are seeking an SAP L1 Technician to join our team at Kforce. This entry-level engineering position focuses on delivering proficient remote technical support to our clients, identifying and resolving technical issues efficiently.
