Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Over 7 years of experience with SAP Finance modules (FI/CO, Asset Accounting, AP/AR, etc.)
- Demonstrated expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementation, support, and operational management
- In-depth knowledge of Finance business processes and SAP integration
- Experience with incident/problem management and application lifecycle operations
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical abilities
- Preferred: Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Finance, PMP)
- Preferred: Experience in chemical manufacturing or similar regulated industries
- Preferred: Familiarity with SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BPC, and integration with non-SAP systems
- Preferred: Exposure to Agile methodology and enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF)
- Preferred: Knowledge of compliance frameworks including SOX and IT controls
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary product owner for the Finance function, overseeing the BUILD and RUN of SAP S/4HANA and associated finance applications
- Act as the main point of contact for executing DTT projects and addressing the support requirements of the Finance business unit
- Collaborate closely with DTT business partners for Finance and represent DTT in extended functional teams
- Lead the execution of prioritized digital transformation initiatives in alignment with business objectives
- Promote a data-driven culture and assist in change management efforts
- Ensure high availability, optimal performance, and compliance within the SAP Finance environment
