Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of a Bachelors degree
- At least 3 years of experience in supporting, administering, and implementing SAP S4/HANA
- Proactive problem-solver able to thrive in a dynamic environment with minimal guidance
- Strong relationship-building skills to connect with key stakeholders and understand their business needs
- Proficient in configuration, troubleshooting, project tasks, new functionality development, audits, integrations, reporting, change control, and testing in SAP

Responsibilities
- Manage daily support and maintenance tasks, including incident resolution via our help desk system, troubleshooting, user management, and role management
- Oversee the configuration and modifications to our SAP setup, including handling tickets, project tasks, user-acceptance testing, and deployment across various environments
- Take ownership of project outputs related to the enhancement and expansion of SAP for both individual requests and PMO-led initiatives
- Provide assistance with activating SAP features, implementing updates, and overseeing integrations
- Collaborate with SAP CAS, internal network and infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to facilitate cross-functional changes
- Execute and test backup and disaster recovery strategies

In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting and managing our SAP S4/HANA ERP platform, which underpins essential back-office functions.
